We are seeking a skilled leader to oversee the execution of complex STEM projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, as well as proven leadership experience and excellent people management skills.

Key responsibilities include managing a multidisciplinary team of STEM professionals, overseeing project timelines and quality standards, and identifying areas for process improvement.

The successful candidate will possess a sound knowledge of MIS and reporting activities, be proficient in G-suite, and have prior experience working with large technology companies as a service provider.

Furthermore, they should be able to motivate, develop, and mentor team members in a dynamically changing environment, foster a collaborative and inclusive environment, and work closely with stakeholders to define project scope and set clear objectives.

Able to solve complex problems and think critically, this individual will thrive in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.

In addition to these key qualifications, we are looking for someone who can communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, and possesses strong analytical and research skills, detail-oriented, and has problem-solving capabilities.

This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow with the organization.
