The Opportunity
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic decisions, working directly with our founders, and leading cross-functional initiatives that shape the future of online learning. This is a high-impact leadership position where data-driven insights will fuel business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyze complex datasets spanning operations, marketing, and finance to uncover actionable insights that drive business decisions.
• Utilize Google Sheets, Excel (formulas, macros, pivot tables), Python, Pandas, NumPy, MongoDB, PySpark, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Metabase to efficiently manage, query, and interpret large datasets.
• Define, monitor, and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of business and marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with marketing, operations, finance, sales, HR, and product teams to ensure data-driven decision-making across all functions.
• Partner directly with founders and senior leadership, playing a critical role in strategic planning and business enablement.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, and Metabase to present insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Anticipate business needs and deliver timely insights to support rapid, well-informed decision-making.
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering collaboration and ensuring high-quality analytical outputs.

Requirements
• Strong proficiency in writing efficient and scalable code for data analysis using Python.
• Experience with cloud-based data warehousing and relational databases including Snowflake and PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience in data manipulation and numerical computing using Pandas and NumPy.
• Expertise in handling large-scale data processing using PySpark.
• Strong background in database querying and management including MongoDB and MySQL.
• Advanced proficiency in formulas, macros, and pivot tables using Google Sheets and Excel.
• Proficiency in tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Google Data Studio for data visualization and reporting.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams.
• Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and multiple departments.
