Senior UX Designer Position

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to contribute to the user experience of our design-to-launch flow from conception to delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience designing digital products as a UX or Product Designer, preferably in B2C e-commerce. They should have a strong portfolio showcasing UX and design skills through multiple case studies demonstrating user-centered and innovative design solutions with measurable outcomes for users and the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of user experiences that drive business results.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional team members and collaborators around product problems, solutions, requirements, roadmaps, and priorities.
  • Work with data, consumer insights, and UX research partners for foundational guidance on product direction and new concept validation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of type, hierarchy, color, composition, contrast, and other graphic design fundamentals.
  • Expertise in the latest design software to create high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional peers, including designers, product managers, and engineers.
