Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Syndication Professional to manage our loan syndication operations. This role involves facilitating trade settlement processes, ensuring timely and accurate confirmation of trades in compliance with industry regulations.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in CLO's and Loan Syndication, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They must be proficient in using Wall Street Office (WSO) for trade processing and portfolio management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily, monthly, and ad-hoc cash reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.
  • Reconcile cash movements, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Trade Settlement:
  • Facilitate trade settlement processes, ensuring timely and accurate confirmation of trades in compliance with industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with counterparties, brokers, and internal stakeholders to resolve any settlement discrepancies.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in middle office functions with a focus on CLO and Loan Syndication products.
  • Strong understanding of cash management, position reconciliations, and trade settlement processes.
  • Proficiency in using Wall Street Office (WSO) for trade processing and portfolio management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
