Automation Testing Project Leader

About the Role:

Our organization seeks an experienced Automation Testing Project Leader to oversee our automation testing activities, ensuring compliance with global healthcare regulations and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all test automation activities across projects in the medical devices' domain.
  • Review and approve test scripts prior to submission for acceptance by the Product Owner (PO) or SME.
  • Implement best practices in test automation and continuously improve processes.
  • Mentor and coach engineers in automation testing methodologies, enhancing their technical capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain automation test frameworks using Java and Selenium.
  • Ensure adherence to global healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Interpret regulatory requirements and align testing practices accordingly.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Drive alignment between technical and business requirements.
  • Provide hands-on technical support and guidance when necessary.
  • Monitor emerging trends and innovations in test automation for potential adoption.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in testing, with at least recent 5 years in test automation.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining automation test frameworks using Java and Selenium.
  • Proven track record of leading automation testing for medical devices.
  • Hands-on experience in script review and technical documentation.
  • Familiarity with global healthcare regulations.
  • Experience interpreting and applying these regulations in testing scenarios.
  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership, coaching, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
