Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and oversee the ordering process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products and services.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand raw material and packaging requirements, ensuring consistent availability through our suppliers.

• Process non-automated purchase requirements, ensuring orders are properly documented and approved, compliant with the PMI Procurement Policy.

• Coordinate with the Purchasing Executive(s), Finance/Law departments, and suppliers to handle customer claims regarding products/services quality, quantity, and delivery terms.

• Maintain vendor master records, ensuring they are properly documented and approved, compliant with the PMI Procurement Policy.

• Requirements: BE Electrical with 5 years of experience in a Transformer manufacturing company.

• Salary and other perquisites will be matched with standard industry standards and are negotiable.
