Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Senior/Lead User Researcher to join our growing UX team. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, research methodologies, and human factors. The successful candidate will thrive in an agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and conduct evaluative research, including card sort, tree testing, usability, and heuristics evaluations to build deep user understanding.
  • Synthesize and communicate research findings to support product development and success measurement.
  • Create testable hypotheses and apply research expertise to inform product decisions.
  • Work with design, analytics, product management, customer support, marketing, and sales teams to formulate and address research questions.
  • Independently plan, execute, and analyze research across product or program areas.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's and/or master's degree in user experience, design, research, business, or related fields.
  • 4-19 years of conducting user research within a UX team for software/web-based products.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of user-centered design principles and practices.
  • Experience working on enterprise software, particularly in the hospitality industry, is a plus.
