Looking for a talented Flutter expert to lead the development of our cross-platform applications.

Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished professional with hands-on expertise in building and maintaining scalable, high-quality mobile and web applications using Flutter.

The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of Flutter architecture, widgets, and rendering pipeline, as well as proven experience in implementing state management using Provider effectively.

You will collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and other team members to deliver robust, accessible, and efficient applications. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain complex cross-platform applications using Flutter (mobile and web).
  • Implement data-driven user interfaces using Flutter's material design components.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver new features and improvements.
  • Write clean, modular, and testable code following industry best practices.
  • Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA standards) for web and mobile apps.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter ecosystem updates, packages, and industry trends.
Required Skills:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • At least 3–4 years of professional experience as a Flutter developer.
  • Proven experience in Flutter Web development.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Provider for state management.
  • Solid understanding of Flutter architecture, widgets, and rendering pipeline.
  • Experience integrating REST APIs and working with JSON data.
  • Good knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile workflows.
Nice-to-Have Skills:

While not required, having experience with the following skills would be beneficial:

  • Building animations and smooth UI transitions in Flutter.
  • Knowledge of Accessibility best practices (WCAG 2.1 AA).
  • Familiarity with performance optimization and app lifecycle management.
  • Exposure to other state management approaches (e.g., Riverpod, BLoC, Redux).
