Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data engineering solutions using Azure products and services.
  • Develop and deploy cloud-based data pipelines using Azure technologies such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, and Event Hub.
  • Work closely with product owners to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Design and implement scalable and secure data architectures to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Perform multiple aspects involved in the development lifecycle including testing, deployment, consumption, BI, alerting, and production support.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in software solution development using agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • 3 years of data analytics experience using SQL.
  • 2 years of cloud development and data lake experience, preferably with Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong expertise in Azure technologies including Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Blob Storage, and Azure Power Apps.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Spark.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitHub, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in software solution development using agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • 5+ years of data analytics experience using SQL.
  • 5+ years of cloud development and data lake experience with Microsoft Azure.
