About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of artistic vision and technical expertise, utilizing AI design tools to accelerate workflows and produce captivating designs that resonate with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visual Storytelling: Develop innovative visuals, graphics, and layouts for products, social media, ad campaigns, and marketing materials.
  • AI Design Acceleration: Leverage AI design tools (e.g., Veo, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI) to streamline workflows and produce high-impact designs.
  • Video & Motion Graphics: Create and edit short-form videos, reels, animations, and motion graphics optimized for social media and paid advertising.
  • Brand Consistency: Develop, refine, and maintain brand guidelines for cohesion across all channels.
  • Collaborative Environment: Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns and maintain a unified brand identity.
Requirements:
  • Formal Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Design Tool Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, Canva, CorelDRAW.
  • AI Design Experience: Familiarity with Veo, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Stable Diffusion, or similar platforms.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
