Job Title: Social Media Content Creator

  • The candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing social media content and campaigns, ranging from tagline development to campaign creation.
  • Ongoing assignments will require the creation of long- and short-form content, as well as collaboration with cross-functional teams in Art/Design, Account Management, Strategy, and Project Management.
  • They will work in a highly collaborative environment, challenged to think conceptually and devise innovative solutions to create engaging consumer experiences.
  • The role involves writing content for blogs, emails, websites, and providing copy for offline materials (print ads, OOHs, etc.).
  • The ideal candidate will take ownership of copy briefs and deliver high-quality responses.
  • They will develop creative strategies aligned with current media trends and demonstrate a clear understanding of campaign objectives.
  • Strong communication skills are essential to encourage team members to share their ideas and provide feedback on generated content.
  • The candidate will manage multiple projects, ensuring seamless transitions between tasks.
  • They will push clients towards innovative ideas and ensure timely completion of tasks and reports.

Skills/Knowledge Required:

  • 1-3 years of experience in creative copywriting
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, passion, and ability to communicate complex concepts
  • Passion for social media and in-depth knowledge of platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, blogs, etc.)
  • Demonstrated expertise in community engagement and brand personality
  • Exceptional writing skills, flexibility, and adaptability
  • Familiarity working with diverse clients and projects
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and quick thinking
  • Strong team collaboration, self-starter, and independent worker skills
  • Agency experience is strongly preferred
