Job Description

We're seeking a skilled motion graphics designer to craft engaging visuals for our platform.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing storyboards, animatics, and style frames to visualize motion concepts before execution. They will also collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to align storytelling, visual tone, and brand consistency.

As a motion graphics designer, you will play a key role in bringing our story to life through motion and emotion. You'll translate UX/UI flows and brand messaging into UI transitions, explainer sequences, promotional videos, and dynamic content across web, mobile, and marketing channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Animation, Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • 5+ years in motion graphics or related roles—preferably in technology, product, or agency environments.
  • A strong reel or portfolio showcasing storytelling through UI, campaign, product, or explainer animations.
Essential Technical Skills:
  • Software Proficiency: Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, RIve; bonus if experienced with Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya.
  • Design Foundations: Strong understanding of animation principles (timing, easing, anticipation), typography, color, layout, and motion design best practices.
Soft Skills & Professional Attributes:
  • Visual storyteller with an eye for detail, pacing, and effective communication through motion.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and adept at managing multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.
  • Effective collaborator and communicator across cross-disciplinary teams.
