Web Development Position

About the Role: We are seeking a talented web developer to fill a critical position. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing a portfolio of websites across various groups.

This role is fully remote but requires availability for meetings during business hours. Your success will be measured directly against key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build new websites and customize existing ones using WordPress templates.
  • Develop and manage custom plugins and advanced features.
  • Implement international website functionality including geo-location, multi-currency, and multi-language.
  • Lead conversion rate optimization strategies across all sites.
  • Design and run A/B split tests analyzing results and implementing improvements.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and data teams to maximize ROI.
  • Continuously improve technical performance, SEO, and user experience.

Requirements:

  • Expert-level skills in WordPress customization including themes, plugins, hooks, and filters.
  • Strong knowledge of WooCommerce management, optimization, and scaling.
  • Hands-on experience in CRO strategy, A/B testing, and analytics tracking.
  • Skilled in front-end HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP for WordPress.
  • Proven track record of increasing conversion rates.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and deliver measurable outcomes.

Advantageous:

  • Experience with BigQuery and Looker Studio for advanced reporting.
  • SEO and page-speed optimization expertise.
  • Previous experience with international e-commerce platforms.
