Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Product Management Specialist to lead our Insurtech product lifecycle processes. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and platforms, evaluate their performance, and drive them from development to commercialization.

Key Responsibilities include determining product delivery and deployment dates for new releases, feature and maintenance updates, and corrective services. Additionally, this role involves mentoring and driving a team of Product Managers while acting as a technical consultant to the product organization. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and excellent leadership skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology or related field.
  • At least 9 years of experience in Product Management, including analyzing software/product design, development, and deployment.
  • Strong background in working as a Technical & Functional Product Manager or Business Analyst/Product Analyst in an enterprise environment.
  • Hands-on understanding of API Integration, SQL, Data Analysis, SDLC, technology system interfaces, data integration, networks, and operating systems.
  • Coaching and mentoring a team of Product Managers or Product Owners.
  • Expert level experience in delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and the use of relevant tools.
