Office Operations Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized and skilled Office Operations Assistant to join our team. As an Office Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and contributing to the smooth operation of our offices. You will be tasked with coordinating office activities, supervising administrative staff, and ensuring that the rest of the team has adequate support to work efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with established procedures.
- Supervise administrative staff and assign responsibilities to optimize performance and productivity.
- Manage schedules, travel arrangements, and appointments for upper management personnel.
- Handle phone calls, correspondence, and other forms of communication.
- Support financial procedures and maintain accurate records and databases.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Prepare timely reports and presentations as assigned.
Requirements:
- Fresher or proven experience as an Office Operations Assistant or relevant role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.).
- Degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred.
