Your Role:

  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Manage internal communication channels, focusing on increasing intranet adoption.
  • Partner with HR, business leaders, and key stakeholders to communicate policies, programs, and company updates effectively.
  • Support business unit and Employee Engagement teams in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives.

You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 4-8 years of experience in corporate communications, including internal communications, executive communication, and recruitment marketing.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex messages.
  • Experience managing internal communication platforms, including intranet tools, social media, and digital engagement channels.
