Detailed Roles and Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and education on internal control aspects to business functional personnel.
  • Conduct Segregation of Duties (SOD) monitoring for all ERP and Non-ERP systems through defined procedures and raise flags wherever needed.
  • Support audits by providing on-ground support for internal control-related issues.
Key Accountabilities
  1. Provide DOA Advisory services and administrations.
  2. Conduct assessments within the organization for various SOX aspects and understand the need for continual improvements and upgrades to processes.
  3. Support all SOX-related matters in the organization.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Monitor remediation of audit issues and proactively support remediation to address internal control weaknesses.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits.
  • Deliver assistance and expertise for additional activities as requested.
