Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our performance marketing efforts. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing ad campaigns across various platforms.
This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics. You will work closely with the social media team to ensure that all ad content aligns with our brand messaging and visual identity.
Key responsibilities include planning, launching, and optimizing ad campaigns; managing ad budgets; developing A/B testing strategies; and monitoring campaign performance daily.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably with fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands.
- Proven track record of running profitable ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with metrics like ROAS, CPC, CTR, and CAC.
