We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Global Sanctions Screening Manager.

Job Overview

This role involves supporting the Global Head - Screening Utility across all aspects of their job. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of global sanctions screening operations and experience in managing a successful team in a pressured environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule meetings with the Global Head to discuss operational metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) between Transaction Screening Operations and markets.
  • Manage the definition, agreement, and production of the Transaction Screening Operations Dashboard.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance lead to embed a globally consistent quality assurance framework.
  • Develop training materials for new joiners to Screening Operations and provide transparency on performance at governance forums.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated skill in quickly grasping complex processes and concepts to make strategic decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships while making material progress across a matrix organization structure.
  • Strong communication, presentation, influencing, and interpersonal skills across all levels.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance topics.
