**Job Title:** Interior Design ManagerAs a key team leader, you will oversee a group of talented designers and collaborate with design partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Drive revenue growth by leading your team to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing community of design partners, fostering their success and growth.
  • Collaborate with our central design team to gather insights from client-designer meetings and propose process improvements.
  • Ensure seamless project delivery by coordinating with various teams.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills and reiterating industry values throughout the organization.
**Requirements:**
  • Minimum 3-year Diploma in Interior Designing or Architecture from a reputable institution.
  • At least 5 years of experience in interior design, preferably with exposure to team building and management.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading interior designers and architects.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
**About This Role:
