Job Overview:

We're seeking a skilled Mobile Testing Professional to join our team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to lead and mentor a team of manual QA testers, develop and implement comprehensive test plans, and collaborate closely with development teams to understand project requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of manual QA testers to ensure efficient and effective testing processes.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough coverage of all system requirements and functionalities.
  • Closely collaborate with development teams to understand project requirements and identify potential quality issues early in the development cycle.
  • Execute manual test cases, document test results, and track defects to closure, ensuring accurate reporting and resolution of all issues.
  • Continuously improve testing methodologies and processes to enhance overall product quality and team efficiency.
  • Provide regular status updates and reports on testing progress, defect metrics, and overall quality health of the project.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need 6-8 years of experience in manual testing, Android/iOS testing, and API testing. You should also possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
