Job Description

We are looking for a Client Servicing Associate to manage client relationships, ensure seamless execution of digital marketing campaigns, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and have strong communication skills to act as the bridge between clients and our internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.

  • Address client queries, concerns, and feedback efficiently to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Project Coordination & Execution

  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client requirements, discussions, and approvals.
Strategy & Performance Monitoring
  • Assist in developing strategic recommendations for client campaigns based on insights and trends.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze results, and provide regular reports to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to enhance client success.
Process Improvement & Problem-Solving
  • Suggest process optimizations to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential challenges in project execution.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and digital marketing best practices to offer informed recommendations.

Qualifications

  1. Must-Have
  • Experience: 1-2 years in client servicing, account management, or a related role in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Quick thinking and adaptability to handle client concerns and project challenges.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in project execution, documentation, and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency or advertising firm.
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts, including social media, SEO, PPC, and performance marketing.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and derive actionable insights.
