About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team as a Delivery Automation Expert. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HighLevel (GoHighLevel), Make/Zapier, ads, CRM, email/SMS, and analytics, with a strong ability to wire these tools together into seamless workflows.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Client-facing & live solutioning: Co-pilot live client meetings, create compelling narratives, and design AI Agent flows in real-time.
  • Build agentic systems & automations: Set up pipelines, workflows, triggers, calendars, forms, chat widgets, 2-way SMS/email, reputation, reporting, and opportunity stages in HighLevel (GoHighLevel).
  • Account management: Own a book of accounts, turn live-call commitments into tickets/tasks, drive on-time delivery and QA, and report results clearly with dashboards.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Current Google Ads or Meta Certification.
  • Graduated from IIT.
  • 2+ years in B2B/SaaS or agency-side performance marketing or a portfolio that proves equivalent skill.
  • Hands-on experience with HighLevel (GoHighLevel) and Make/Zapier.
  • A basic understanding of Agentic AI, including prompt design, tool/function calling, retrieval/RAG, and how agents move business metrics.

  • Qualifications: Current Google Ads or Meta Certification, graduated from IIT, 2+ years in B2B/SaaS or agency-side performance marketing or a portfolio that proves equivalent skill.
