**Required Skills and Expertise:**

  • Proven expertise in Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, Data Privacy & Security, and Golden Record Management
  • Proficiency in MDM tools such as Informatica, Profisee, SAP, and Reltio
  • Hands-on experience with Data Governance tools, including Microsoft Purview and Unity Catalog
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Azure and AWS
  • Strong understanding of data integration, quality, lineage, and management principles
  • Knowledge of the insurance domain (Good to have)

**Soft Skills:**

  • Excellent communication and client engagement capabilities, with a proactive approach
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex data challenges
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
  • Proven ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity
