Job Title: Mobile Application Engineer

The Job description entails responsibility for designing and implementing software applications for mobile devices.

  • Design, Develop, Test and Deploy applications using InstallShield AdminStudio, PowerShell AppDeployment Toolkit and VmWare AppVolumes.

  • Maintain SCCM environment and package applications using Microsoft cloud-based management solutions O365, Intune and Azure.

  • Automate packages using PowerShell/Batch scripting, create applications/packages in SCCM for UAT testing and deployment using Device/user collections.

  • Work with other departments or team members to design and execute the technical implementation of Intune solutions based on requirements and design specification.

  • Administer software distribution, patch management procedures, express patching and patch deployments using Windows Server Update Service (WSUS) including troubleshooting.

  • Create custom Windows Installer (MSI) using setup capture, Transforms (MST), Patches (MSP) and Merge modules for automating the packages using PowerShell AppDeployment Toolkit.

  • Application compatibility by creating SHIMS using Microsoft Application Compatibility Toolkit (ACT)

  • Using ServiceNow for Application packaging workflow, change management process and integrating SAMPro with SCCM

  • Build and maintain test Virtual machines using VMWare vSphere Client from VDI templates.

  • Packaging applications, application deployments, analyzing and troubleshooting issues.
