Test Engineer Role

We are seeking an experienced Test Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and quality assurance, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement automated test cases using tools like Selenium and Postman to ensure seamless software delivery.
  • Conduct performance and load testing to guarantee system scalability and reliability.
  • Apply test-driven development methodologies to support agile delivery and ensure quality software is released promptly.
  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and DevOps teams to define comprehensive test strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs and issues through resolution to maintain software integrity.
  • Prioritize continuous improvement of QA processes and tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4-6 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium and Postman.
  • Strong understanding of performance and load testing techniques, including metrics analysis and optimization.
  • Familiarity with test-driven development (TDD) practices, agile methodologies, and version control systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
  • A strong team player with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, capable of working across diverse teams.
