Senior Interior Design Lead

As a senior interior design lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design process for premium customers from initial consultation to final design delivery. This involves collaborating closely with clients to understand their requirements and delivering bespoke design solutions that meet their needs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, as well as a strong portfolio of residential design projects. They will also possess expertise in 3D software, including Google Sketchup, and be proficient in both written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of designers to deliver high-quality designs within tight deadlines
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and deliver bespoke solutions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and manufacturers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, incorporating this knowledge into design projects

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-year diploma in interior design or architecture from a reputable institution
  • 10+ years of industry experience, or 6+ years of experience with at least 2 years in a similar role
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality designs on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Strong understanding of 3D software, including Google Sketchup
