Data Driven Oncology Portfolio Analytics Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Driven Oncology Portfolio Analytics Expert to join our team at myGwork. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering data-driven insights that inform current and future pipeline oncology asset and portfolio strategies.
Our Human Health Digital Data and Analytics (HHDDA) team is innovating how we understand our patients and their needs. As a key member of this team, you will partner closely with multiple cross-functional teams, including global marketing, regional marketing, clinical, outcomes research, medical affairs, and across the depth of the HHDDA organization.
About the Role- Develop Commercial Data and Insights: Synthesize commercial data and insights for cross-portfolio priorities, conceptualize, and build analytics capabilities and tools anchored to our marketing and launch frameworks to support decision making for Global Oncology portfolio.
- Hands-on Analytics Project Delivery: Deliver hands-on analytics projects with expertise in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization using tools such as Excel-VBA, SQL, R, Python, PowerBI, ThoughtSpot or similar technologies and capabilities.
- Benchmarking Analytics: Lead benchmarking analytics to collect, analyze, and translate insights into recommended business actions to inform strategic business choices.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with global marketing teams, HHDDA teams, and other cross-functional teams to inform strategic decisions and increase commercial rigor through all phases of pipeline asset development.

Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree: Preferably in a scientific, engineering, or business-related field.
- Overall Experience: 8+ years, with 4+ years of relevant experience in insights & analytics, advanced analytics, market research, strategic planning, marketing, or related roles within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Strong Problem-Solving Abilities: Find and execute solutions to complex or ambiguous business problems.
- Deep Understanding of Commercial Oncology Data Ecosystem: Epidemiology datasets, biomarker data, commercialization, and real-world datasets.
- Strategic Thinker: Consultative, collaborative, and able to 'connect the dots' across sources.
