Job Description:

  • Teaching Responsibility: The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching mathematics to students in classes 11-12, following the CBSE curriculum and incorporating relevant topics such as Algebra, Calculus, Coordinate Vectors, and Probability.
  • Lesson Planning and Delivery: The Mathematics Faculty member will develop and deliver engaging lesson plans, incorporating PYQs, timed drills, and problem-selection strategies to promote student understanding and retention.
  • Assessment and Feedback: The teacher will provide regular assessment feedback and exam-readiness guidance to ensure students achieve their full potential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • PGT or Coaching Experience: Preferably, the candidate should have experience in coaching or teaching at the PGT level, with a strong understanding of the CBSE curriculum and syllabus.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is required, with a strong focus on mathematics and related fields.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential for this role.

  • Flexible Scheduling: Teaching windows are fixed at 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility to extend up to 8:30 PM.
  • Location Options: The Mathematics Faculty member may opt for one or both centres based on availability, with a preference for Gaur City 2 and Crossing Republik.
  • Pay and Benefits: Competitive pay structure ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹18,000 per month, with additional benefits and perks.
