About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Water Resources Professional to lead our team.

Take the lead in shaping a sustainable future through innovative water resource solutions.

In this senior-level role, you will oversee the planning, design, and management of complex water resources initiatives—delivering results that resonate beyond the workplace and contribute to lasting environmental progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and master planning of wastewater collection systems
  • Develop comprehensive stormwater system designs and long-term infrastructure plans
  • Conduct studies and designs for flood control systems, dams/reservoirs, and irrigation facilities
  • Produce high-quality final design documents, technical analyses, and project deliverables

Required Competencies:

  • Expertise in producing final design products, technical analyses, and project deliverables
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Auto CAD Civil 3D, and Bluebeam for document management, drafting, and collaborative design review

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in California
  • 10-12 years of experience in civil engineering
  • Strong professional references
