Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated QA Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in automation testing, strong API knowledge, and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Automation Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Selenium or Playwright.
  • Sprint Automation: Collaborate with development teams to identify and deliver automation tasks within sprint timelines.
  • API Testing: Develop and execute comprehensive API tests using industry-standard tools like Postman or RestAssured.
  • Database Testing: Work with databases to validate integrations, queries, and operations as part of end-to-end testing.
  • Test Planning and Execution: Analyze project requirements, create detailed test plans, and ensure thorough test coverage for all features.
  • Collaboration: Function as a key individual contributor, while effectively collaborating with Agile teams to achieve quality goals.
  • Defect Management: Identify, log, and track defects to resolution.
  • Agile Methodologies: Actively participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in software QA, with a proven track record in automation testing.
  • Proficiency in developing and maintaining automation frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of both UI and API testing methodologies and tools.
  • Hands-on experience with databases for validation.
  • In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies and practical experience in an Agile environment.
  • The ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
  • Skilled in identifying and automating test cases.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD tools.
