Key Responsibilities

Campaign Associate:

  • Support campaign planning: Contribute ideas and provide operational support for diverse campaign activities.
  • Drive campaign coordination: Manage end-to-end campaign activities, ensuring timely and quality execution.
  • Solve complex problems: Identify critical issues, apply strong analytical skills, and propose pragmatic solutions in fast-paced environments.
  • Pursue operational excellence: Adapt quickly to dynamic situations, demonstrate exceptional commitment, and drive results.
  • Communicate effectively: Drive clear and structured communication, and manage relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate content creation: Manage the briefing and coordination process with communication teams, reviewing and delivering campaign materials aligned with objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance: Oversee campaign monitoring and reporting, including call centre coordination and digital ad review to track impact.
  • Client relationship management: Understand client needs and contribute to impactful campaign outcomes and client success under guidance.

Manager:

  • Lead campaign strategy: Design, execute, and monitor diverse campaign activities, providing strategic direction and ensuring output quality through rigorous reviews.
  • Project coordination: Oversee end-to-end campaign activity management across multiple workstreams, ensuring timely and quality execution.
  • Complex problem-solving: Identify critical issues, apply strong analytical skills, and propose pragmatic solutions in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
  • Operational excellence: Demonstrate a strong bias for action, adapt quickly to dynamic situations, and exhibit exceptional commitment in demanding work environments.
  • Effective communication: Drive clear and structured communication, and manage relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
