**Advanced Technical Leadership Position**

The role is a senior-level position within a prominent organization in the power industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Break down complex technical problems into manageable parts and apply relevant methodologies to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Utilize advanced algorithms and approaches daily to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Lead the entire software lifecycle, including hands-on development, code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation.
  • Develop reusable and scalable assets and accelerators, implementing machine learning best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with market and industry trends in technology and identify opportunities for proposing the best solutions.
  • Research emerging machine learning techniques and best practices to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Responsible for coding, testing, debugging, evaluating solution/technology options (including cloud-based systems), and documenting application development.
  • Migrate current analytics applications & pipelines to cloud-based platforms in future.

Qualifications:

A graduate with an Engineering Degree (Computer Science/Electronics/Information Technology) / MCA / MCS or equivalent, preferably with a Master's in Statistics / Economics/Business Analytics.

Required Skills: 8-15 years of experience.

Preferred Skills: Agile SCRUM and MLOps experience is highly preferred.
