Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Jira specialist to collaborate with our organization on developing and implementing tailored Jira solutions.

  • Develop and maintain Jira workflows and plugins utilizing various tools, including Scriptrunner, Tempo, MISC, JSU, Assets, and other relevant software
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver bespoke solutions
  • Ensure seamless upgrades and disaster recovery using expertise in data centre management

The ideal candidate will be an experienced problem-solver with excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management abilities.

About the Role:

This hybrid role requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders to design and develop customized Jira solutions. The candidate will work independently but also collaborate with the team as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Jira workflows and plugins to meet business needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions
  • Ensure seamless upgrades and disaster recovery using data centre expertise

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Jira, with a focus on workflow custom development and plugin creation
  • Hands-on experience with Scriptrunner, Tempo, MISC, JSU, Assets, and other relevant tools
  • Data centre expertise and knowledge of Jira wiki upgrade
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
