We are seeking a skilled Lead Gen AI Consultant to join our team. As a key member, you will partner with clients on pre-sales activities, discovery sessions, and short-term proof-of-concept projects.

You will shape and deliver high-impact GenAI solutions, taking ownership from conception to deployment for our clients. With your expertise, you will engage directly with clients to understand their business challenges and lead the ideation and design of innovative Generative AI solutions.

  • Solution Leadership: Lead the ideation and design of innovative Generative AI solutions that meet client needs.
  • Technical Architecture: Translate client needs into actionable solution concepts, defining the architecture, data strategy, model selection, and tooling required for success.
  • Project Ownership: Own the end-to-end delivery of GenAI solutions, ensuring technical quality, alignment with business goals, and timely execution of project milestones.
  • Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering best practices and ensuring project accountability.
  • Hands-On Contribution: Remain hands-on with tools, models, and code to prototype, build, and troubleshoot complex components of the application.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the key technical point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing clear progress updates, and maintaining strong relationships.
