Job Description

The Assistant Department Head - Architecture will be responsible for overseeing project delivery to US customers in the Architecture and BIM sector. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, with experience in managing teams of Architects and Engineers. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving departmental growth, contributing to strategic planning, and collaborating with support departments to achieve shared goals.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and project requirements
• Manage multiple clients simultaneously, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction
• Attend client meetings to address concerns, manage escalations, and facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams to ensure timely resolution and continued project alignment
• Manage new customer acquisition and onboarding
• Assign tasks and responsibilities, monitor performance, and provide guidance to teams comprising of Architects and Engineers

Requirements

• Proficient in Architecture CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of international building codes, construction, and architectural standards
• Excellent numerical, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong personnel management skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
