Web Development Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Webflow Developer to collaborate with our marketing team and create high-quality web experiences that focus on conversion goals, page performance, and responsive design.Key Responsibilities Include:

  2. Site Performance Monitoring: Monitor site performance and run regular audits to ensure optimal results.
  3. Data-Driven Insights: Measure key metrics such as conversion rates, traffic, and bounce rates, and provide data-driven insights to the team.
  4. Innovative Interactive Concepts: Design innovative interactive concepts using Webflow and incorporate best practices.
  5. Business Objectives Collaboration: Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to drive business objectives.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
  • 3-7 Years of Experience: 3-7 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites.
  • Web Design Fundamentals: Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Design Tools Proficiency: Experience with design tools such as Figma.
  • SEO Understanding: Understanding of SEO principles, including backlinking, keyword rankings, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Custom Code Proficiency: Proficiency in custom code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Exceptional Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional technical problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong Portfolio: Excellent portfolio showcasing successful website design and development experience.
