Job Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Embedded Engineering Assistant Manager to spearhead the design, configuration, and commissioning of DCS systems for process industries. This role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive new technology development and customer-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. DCS System Leadership: Lead the design, configuration, and commissioning of DCS systems for process industries, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  2. Technology Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative technologies and customer solutions, driving business growth and expansion.
  3. Domain Expertise: Apply domain expertise in manufacturing/process engineering and control systems to inform technical evaluations, risk assessments, and mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  1. Experience: 14–16+ years of experience in engineering and DCS/PLC systems, with a strong background in process industries (e.g., oil & gas, power, pharma).
  2. Credentials: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, with experience in process industries; proficiency in Python, SQL, virtualization, and cloud services (Azure/AWS); certifications like CEH, ISTQB preferred.
  3. Skills: Hands-on experience with Honeywell or other DCS platforms and communication protocols (Modbus, OPC, EthernetIP).

  • Degree Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
  • Industry Experience: Process industries (e.g., oil & gas, power, pharma)
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, virtualization, and cloud services (Azure/AWS)
