About the Role
  • Partner with designers and marketers to develop web pages and landing page concepts that drive results.
  • Monitor site performance, conduct regular audits, and provide actionable insights to the team.
  • Analyze metrics such as conversion rates, traffic, and bounce rates, then suggest improvements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Create innovative interactive concepts in Webflow, leveraging observations and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate closely with content, design, and product teams.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and innovations.
Requirements
  • 3-7 years of experience building responsive websites using Webflow.
  • Mastery of web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
  • In-depth understanding of SEO principles, including backlinking, keyword rankings, and adapting to changing trends.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social/external platform tracking.
  • Strong proficiency in custom code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience working with automations, third-party tools, and Webflow integrations to enhance web functionality and marketing effectiveness.
  • Exceptional technical problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Impressive portfolio showcasing successful website design and development with a focus on brand and marketing sites.
