Full Stack Developer Role

This position is responsible for overseeing web development projects, designing and implementing front-end and back-end architecture, ensuring responsive design, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Developing clean, scalable, and efficient code
  • Debugging and optimizing applications
  • Managing databases
  • Participating in code reviews
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the object model
  • Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
  • Experience with Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB
  • Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Experience with common development tools, such as Babel, Webpack, and NPM
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Prior experience in leading or mentoring a team is an advantage
