Artist/Creator Manager Job Description

As an Artist/Creator Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the careers of top-tier talent and developing bespoke strategies to drive engagement and growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns, including campaign setup, influencer selection, and timeline management.
  • Work closely with influencers to coordinate content creation and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Identify and reach out to potential influencers, negotiate terms, and maintain influencer relationships.
  • Review influencer content to ensure it meets brand standards before posting.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as creative and business development, to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Manage talent schedules and availability, ensuring alignment with client campaign timelines and deliverables.
  • Support the Senior Manager in executing influencer campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Onboard new talent, and manage high-potential creators, supporting their growth, career success, and alignment with industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 6 months - 1 year experience in artist/influencer management.
  • Strong knowledge of social media and influencer trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
