Job Title: Software Engineering Professional

  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.

In terms of professional and technical skills, we require:

  • Proficiency in Servicenow Tools Administration.
  • Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
  • Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices.
  • Experience in configuring and customizing Servicenow applications.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript and HTML.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and IT service management concepts.
