Role Overview

This role is designed for a skilled AI/ML engineer who can leverage advanced frameworks and technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Langchain, NLP, RAG-based systems, Prompt Engineering, Agentic Systems, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).

  • Design and implement AI-driven solutions ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Develop and optimize Langchain, Gen AI, and NLP models for specific use cases.
  • Experiment with different machine learning models for specific use cases.
Key Responsibilities

We're seeking an experienced senior AI/ML engineer to lead the design, implementation, and deployment of AI/ML solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Leverage expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn to build and deploy scalable AI-powered applications.
  • Develop and maintain complex machine learning pipelines, focusing on feature engineering and MLOps.
  • Mentor and lead team members to help them grow professionally and technically.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 4-6 years of experience in software development, with a focus on AI/ML projects.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and deep learning.
  • Proficiency in Azure cloud and databricks setup.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
