This role is responsible for the technical delivery of automotive electronics hardware for global vehicle OEMs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and experience with the design and development of automotive products.

", "Key Responsibilities:", "
  • ", "
  • Design and develop automotive products with microcontrollers, system-on-chip (SOC), high-speed memory, LVDS, FPD Link-III circuitry, and other technologies.", "
  • Review customer specifications and ensure compliance with industry standards.", "
  • Create and maintain schematic and assembly drawings, as well as release them within the change management structure.", "
  • Develop and maintain electrical DFMEA to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.", "
  • Generate electrical information for ECAD for PCB layout and support ECAD designers.", "
  • Support hardware prototype build and testing.", "
  • Present product design, analysis, and testing to customers.", "
  • Laboratory equipment experience with power supplies, oscilloscopes, function generators, multi-meters, etc.", "

The successful candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in the design and development of automotive electronics hardware.

A strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, including circuit design, simulation, and analysis is required.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Knowledge of industry-standard tools and software, such as CAD, CAM, and CAE.

Familiarity with laboratory equipment and testing procedures.

Ability to analyze complex data and present findings in a clear and concise manner.

Maintenance of up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.

Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.

Minimum 5 years of experience in the design and development of automotive electronics hardware.

Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
