About this role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele-Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in Hindi & English, be confident, empathetic, and comfortable handling phone conversations.

Key responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential users and partners to introduce our skincare vision
• Explain product features and benefits in simple, relatable language
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and maintain CRM records
• Support customer outreach campaigns and gather feedback
• Ensure excellent customer experience in every interaction

Required skills:

• Strong communication skills in Hindi & English
• Confident, empathetic, and comfortable handling phone conversations
• Prior experience in telesales, customer support, or lead generation is preferred
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
