Job Title: Graphic Designer

 

  •  We are looking for a skilled and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team.

 

As a successful Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs for digital platforms and print materials. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to develop effective design strategies that meet business goals.

 

  •  Develop visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including web pages, social media, email campaigns, ads, brochures, flyers, and banners.
  •  Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.
  •  Translate concepts and ideas into high-quality creative deliverables.
  •  Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to meet business objectives through design.
  •  Design UI/UX elements such as icons, illustrations, infographics, and layouts.
  •  Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  •  Take constructive feedback and refine designs accordingly.
  •  Stay updated with industry trends and tools to continually bring fresh ideas.

 

The ideal candidate will have:

 

  •  Minimum 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
  •  A strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work across various media.
  •  Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and/or Figma.
  •  Solid understanding of visual design principles: layout, typography, color theory, etc.
  •  Experience in branding, digital marketing design, and print production.
  •  Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently or as part of a team.
  •  Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  •  (Optional: Basic knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or web design is a plus.)

 

Preferred qualifications include:

 

  •  Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (not mandatory).
  •  Experience working in a fast-paced agency or tech/startup environment.
  •  Familiarity with tools like Canva, Sketch, or CorelDRAW.
