As a seasoned Project Manager, you will oversee and coordinate various Technology Transfer projects, ensuring timely completion and stakeholder satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage project schedules, status, and reporting to stakeholders independently.
  • Facilitate communication within and outside the project team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve issues and meet project deliverables.
  • Ensure timely completion of major milestones, cost, and scope.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, barriers, and opportunities to meet goals.
  • Establish project plan baselines and document assumptions.
  • Understand business cases, including competitive landscapes, regulatory requirements, IP landscapes, and external factors that may impact projects.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, and reports for various stakeholders, including governance boards.
  • Participate in partner meetings as necessary.
  • Review relevant project documents.
  • Manage Reference Drug procurement and shipment, tracking milestone completion, quality gates, and stage gating processes.
  • Identify trends among common projects and recommend improvements.
  • Monitor and adjust project budgets to create acceleration opportunities for critical milestones.
  • Report project budget, contract milestones, and spend according to established financial cycles.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • M. Pharmacy or B. Pharmacy with MBA.
  • At least 9 years of experience in Project Management, specifically in Formulation Development of solid oral dosage forms, Parenteral dosage forms, Liquid dosage forms, Topical dosage forms, and Nasal spray.
  • Thorough knowledge of generic drug development cycles, regulatory guidelines (ICH, ANVISA, USFDA, EMA), and regulations (GMP, GCP, GLP).
  • Understanding of eCTD dossier modules and various regulatory filing pathways for EU, US, CA, PMDA, LATAM, etc.
  • Proficiency in EPM/MSP software and expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
