Job Title: Microsoft Dynamic 365 - CRM Tester

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 expert to spearhead the implementation and optimization of our CRM system.

  • A minimum of six years of experience in functional consulting and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Expertise in TOSCA Automation Tool and its application in testing and automation
  • Hands-on experience with CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules
  • Ability to work effectively in Agile/Waterfall project methodologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong documentation and user acceptance testing skills
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Common Data Model and CRM configuration/integration

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can drive the successful implementation of our CRM system. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Dynamics 365, TOSCA Automation Tool, and Agile/Waterfall project methodologies. A strong understanding of CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules is also required. Additionally, knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate) and SSRS Reporting Services is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the configuration and integration of various Dynamics 365 modules
  2. Develop and implement automated testing scripts using TOSCA Automation Tool
  3. Provide training and support to end-users on CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
  5. Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum six years of experience in functional consulting and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Expertise in TOSCA Automation Tool and its application in testing and automation
  • Hands-on experience with CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules
  • Ability to work effectively in Agile/Waterfall project methodologies
