Senior Motion Graphic Designer

As a seasoned motion graphic designer, you will play a key role in creating captivating visual stories for our clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in elevating their brand identity and engaging audiences across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visual Storytelling: You will work closely with the project team to understand client briefs and translate them into compelling visual narratives that captivate audiences.
  • Graphic Design: Using industry-standard software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, you will design static and animated graphics for social media, digital platforms, banners, and interfaces.
  • Storyboarding and Concept Development: Develop storyboards, style frames, and visual concepts for motion graphics projects that showcase creativity and imagination.
  • Animation and Editing: Animate graphics and typography using Adobe After Effects and edit and assemble video content using Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Collaboration and Feedback: Contribute creative ideas, participate actively in brainstorming sessions, and collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency and meet project goals.
  • Project Management: Maintain well-organised project files, meet tight deadlines, and constructively apply feedback to refine and enhance deliverables.
Qualifications:
  • 4–5 years of experience in the creative/design/video field
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or Communication Design
  • Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Demonstrated ability to produce consistent, creative, and eye-catching designs
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
