Job Opportunity: Flutter Engineer

    We are seeking an experienced and skilled Flutter Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile app development, with a focus on building high-performance and scalable applications using the Flutter framework.

  •     Key Responsibilities:
  •     • Design and develop innovative mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
  •     • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features and products.
  •     • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the overall quality of the codebase.
  •     • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of mobile app development and Flutter ecosystem.
Requirements
  •     Essential Qualifications:
  •     • 3-5 years of professional experience in mobile app development, with a strong focus on Flutter and Dart.
  •     • Strong knowledge of Flutter internals, including widget lifecycle, rendering pipeline, and isolate model.
  •     • Hands-on experience with state management frameworks, such as Bloc, Cubit, or Riverpod.
  •     • Solid understanding of repository pattern, dependency injection, and layered architecture.
Preferred Qualifications:
  •     Nice to Have:
  •     • Contributions to Flutter/Dart open-source projects.
  •     • Prior experience building apps for large-scale, high-concurrency environments.
  •     • Knowledge of plugin/federated architecture in Flutter.

    Interview Process:

  •     • Technical Deep Dive (60-75 minutes): 20-25 questions covering Flutter, Dart, Clean Architecture, performance, and problem-solving, followed by a hands-on coding challenge focused on widget building/state management.
  •     • System Design + Architecture (60 minutes): Discussion on clean architecture, scalability, state management trade-offs, testing strategy, evaluation of problem-solving, clarity, and engineering maturity.
